Badam Ka Halwa Recipe in Hindi:-

Jaruri Samagri

  • 2 Cup Badam
  • 2 ½ cup Chini
  • 2 Bund Kesar rang
  • 1 Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup Dudh

 
Jane Badam Ka Halwa Banane Ki Vidhi

  1. Sabse pehle badam ko rat bhar bhigo kar rakh de aur subah badam se chhilke utar kar unhe mixer mai pees le.
  2. Iske bad kadahi le aur usme ghee garam karne ko rakhe tatha pisi hui badam ko dalkar karib 20 minute tak chalaye.
  3. Ab kesar rang ko dudh mai dale aur iss dudh ko badam mai dale tatha use chalate rahe jab tak dudh oatata rahe.
  4. Jab badam acche se pak jaye tab chini aur elachi powder dalkar milaye aur halwe ko acche se gadha hone de.
  5. Aapka lajij badam ka halwa taiyar hai. Ise pyale mai nikale aur garma garam parose tatha khud bhi khaye aur dusro ko khilaye. Aap chahe to ise fridge mai rakhkar 2 se 3 din tak kha sakte hai.

Jaruri Samagri

  • 100gm Maida
  • 50gm Besan
  • 50gm Suji
  • 200gm Chini Cup
  • 200gm Ghee
  • 8 se 10 Elaichi

Nankhatai Banane Ki Vidhi

  1. Nankhatai banane ke liye sabse pehle chini ko mixer mai pees le, tatha ek kadhai mai ghee garam karne ke liye rakh de.
  2. Jaise hi ghee garam ho jaye use ek bartan mai nikale aur pisi hui shakkar ko mila de tatha mishran ko acche se fat le.
  3. Ab maida, besan aur suji ko chhan le tatha isme pisi hui elachi aur baking powder ko dale aur sabko acche se mila le.
  4. Iss bane huye mishran mai ghee aur chini ka bana hua mishran dale tatha naram aate jaisa guth le.
  5. Bana hua mishran nankhtai banane ke liye taiyar hai. Ab iss mishran mai se thoda thoda aata nikale tatha use gol gol karke thoda sa daba de.
  6. Ab halka sa ghee thali mai lagaye aur inhe karib 10 se 15 minute ke liye rakh de.
  7. Microwave ko 200 degree Celsius tapman mai set karke garam karne ke liye rakh de, nankhatai ki tray isme rakhe.
  8. Ab oven ko 180 degree Celsius par 10 minute ke liye set kar de aur nankhatai ko bake hone de. Iske bad oven ko khole aur use dekhe bake hui hai ya nahi
  9. Agar bake nahi hui hai to 5 minute ke liye aur bake hone ke liye rakh de. Iss tarah nankhatai bake hone mai 15 se 20 minute ka samay lagta hai.
  10. Aapki nankhatai bake hone ke bad bhure rang ki dikhne lag jati hai. Tray thandi hone par isme se nankhatai nikal le.

  • 1 Liter Dudh
  • 100gm Chawal
  • 200gm Chini
  • 2 Chhoti chammach elaichi powder
  • ½ Cup Mix sukhe meve
  • 5 se 7 Kesar ke dhage

 
Kashmiri Phirni Banane Ki Vidhi

  1. Chawal ko dho le tatha unhe 1 cup pani mai bhigo kar kuch der ke liye rakh de.
  2. Ab chawal ko pani mai se nikal le aur mixer mai halka dardara pees le.
  3. Iske bad fry pain mai dudh dale aur use ubalne ke liye rakh de. Aur jab dudh ubal jaye to usme chawal tatha chini ko dal de.
  4. Ab elaichi powder dale aur 10 se 15 minute tak dhimi aanch par pakaye. Ise chalate rahe taki yeh chipke nahi aur gadha ho jaye
  5. Ek chammach dudh mai kesar ko bhigo de tatha ise phirni mai dale.
  6. Ab upar se sukhe meve dalkar garnishing kare tatha fridge mai thanda hone ke liye rakh de.
