Nasikagra Drishti Mudra Yoga

Nasikagra ka matlb hota hai naak ka aakhri chor ya upari hissa. Iss bhag par santulan banate huye bar bar dekhte rehna hi nasikagra drishti mudra yoga kehlata hai. Isko karne ke liye yog guru ki sahayata jarur le. Kyuki kai bar isse karne se bhrikutee par jor padta hai.
 
Karne ki Vidhi:- 

Kisi bhi aasan mai behte aur naak ke aakhri sire par najar tika le. Ho sakta pehle bai aap use bayi aankh se dekh paye fir thodi der bad dayi aankh se. Dhyan rakhe ki isko karne mai aankhon par jyada tanav na aaye aur badi sahajta se kare. Iss mudra ko tab tak hi kare jab tak aapki aaknon par jyada dabav na pade.

Sarvangasana mai sharir ke sare ango ka vyayam ek sath ho jata hai. Isliye isse sarvangasana naam diya hai. Yeh aapki aankhon ke aas paas ki manspeshiyo ke rakt sanchaar ko badata hai jisse aankho ki roshni badti hai aur aapko aankho se judi koi samasya nahi hoti hai.
 
Karne ki Vidhi:- 

Iss aasan ka abhyas karne ke liye saaf aur hawadar jagah chune.  Sabse pehle jamin par peeth ke bal let jaye. Ab saans lete huye dheere dheere dono pairo ko upar uthate huye 90 degree tak le jaye. Iske bad kamar ko jameen se uthakar dhad aur pairo ko 90 degree tak le aaye. Hatho ko kamar par rakhkar use sahara de. Fir saans lete rahe aur chhodte rahe.

Jab tak aaram mehsus kare tab tak iss stthi mai ruke aur gahari saans le.Yeh abhyaas shuru mai 10 second tak kare fir dheere dheere iska samay badha kar 5 se 10 minute tak kare.

Savasana

Iss aasan ko karne mai aapki shari ki sari manspeshiyo ko aaram pahuchta hai sathi hi sari thakawat dur ho jati hai. Iss asana ko savasana isliye kehte hai kyuki isme aapka sharir shav ki tarah pada rehta hai.

Savasana ko karne ke liye sabse pehle pith ke bal let jaye aur aapke hath, pairo ko dhila chhod de. Tatha apne hatho ko sharir se sata ka rakh le. Iske bad aakhon ko band kar le. Iss aasan ko karne se saans aur dil ki dhadkno ki gati samanya hoti hai aur aakhon ko aaram pahuchta hai. Iske alawa savasana  ko karne se aakhon ki roshni bhi bad jati hai.

Pranayam

Pranayam ko miyamit abhyas aakhon ki roshni aur mansik swasth ko banaye rakhta hai. Isee karne ke liye sabse pehle dhyan mudra mai baith jaye. Sath hi dhyan rakhe ki kamar aur gardan ek sidh mai ho.
