Dhokla Ka Ghol Banane Ke Liye Samagri

  • 200gm Besan
  • 1 Chutki Bhar Haldi
  • 1 Chhoti chammach hari mirch ka paste
  • 1 Chhoti chammach adrak ka paste
  • 2 Chhota chammach nimbu ka ras
  • 3 ya 4 chhoti chammach eno salt
  • Namak swadanusar
  • 1 chhoti chammach tel
  • Thoda Sa Pani

 

Jane Dhokla Banane Ki Vidhi

  1. Khaman Dhokla banane ke liye sabse pehle ek bartan le aur besan ko chaan le, ab isme haldi aur swadanusar namak dale. Iss mishran mai thoda thoda karke pani dale aur ghol banaye dhyan rakhe ki ghol mai ganthe na pade.
  2. Iss bane huye ghol ko 20 minute ke liye dhak kar rakh de taaki besan thoda sa phul jaye. Ab ek bartan le jisme dhokla banana chahte hai aur usme 2 glass pani dale aur use gas ki aanch par garam hone rakh de.
  3. Ek stand le aur dhokla banane wale bartan mai rakhe taki uske upar khaman ke ghol ki thali rakh sake, ab ek thali le aur usme tel lagaye.
  4. Bane huye besan ke ghol mai nimbu ka ras, namak, hari mirch ka paste, aur adrak ka paste dale aur iss ghol ko acche se mila le. Iske bad iss mishran mai eno salt ko dale tatha ghol ko chammach se chalaye.
