Sabudana Khichdi Recipe in Hindi

Avashyak Samagri 

Sabudana – 100gm,

Ghee – 2 Chammach

Jeera – Aadha chota chammach

Mungfali Dane – 1 bada chammach

Aalu – Ubla hua madhyam aakar ka

Hara Dhaniya – 1 Bada chammach barik kata hua

Nimbu – 1

Sendha Namak – Swadanusar

Vidhi

  1. Ise banana ke liye sabudano ko acche se dho le aur 1 ghante ke liye pani mai bhigokar rakh de. Acchi tarah bhig jane ke baad atirikt pani ko nikal kar sabudane alag kar le.
  2. Yadi aap bade dane wale sabudane ka istemal kar rahe hai to ise 5 se 6 ghante ke liye pani mai bhigokar rakhe, taki yah acchi tarah se pani ko sokh sake.
  3. Iske baad aalu ko ubalkar chote-chote tukdo mai kaat le ya tod le.
  4. Ab kadai mai ghee dalkar ise garm kr le aur mungfali dano ko isme dalkar bhun lijiye au rise thanda hone dejiye. Inn dano ko dhanda ho jane par mota-mota kut le ya aap ise asie bhi prayog kar sakte hai.
  5. Ab bache huye garam ghee mai jeera dale au rise bhi bhun le, phir hari mirch aur aalu ko milakar bhi isme dal dijiye. Avashyak Samagri

Nariyal ka bura (pisa hua nariyal) – 100 gm

Mawa – 200 gm

Cini Powder – 200 gm

Ilaychi – 5-6 pisi huyi

Pishta – 15-20 barik katr huye

Vidhi

  1. Ise banane ke liye sabse pahle nariyal ko acchi tarah se barik pis le ya aap bajar se pisa hua nariyal bhi la sakte hai. Aur mawe ko acchi tarah se bhun lijiye.
  2. Agar aap dane dar chini le rahe hai, to aap chini ki chashni bana le. Chashni banana ke liye kadai mai 100gm pani aur chini milakar gas par rakh de. Inhe acchi tarah milaye aur gas par rakh de. Ise chamche ke jariye hilate rahe aur 3 taar ki chashni bana le.
  3. Iske baad gas ko band kar chashni mai nariyal ka chura dalkar acchi tarah mila lijiye.
  4. Ab mawa aur ilaychi powder bhi dale de aur inn sabko acchi tarah mila le.
  5. Ab ek thali mai thoda sa ghee puri thali mai laga le aur banaye gaye mishran ko thali mai charo taraf faila dijiye.
  6. Iske baad upper se kate huye piste ko thali ke upper dal dijiye aur inhe thoda daba dijiye aur barfi ko thanda hone rakh de.

Kaju, Makhana aur Paneer Ki Sabji

Avashyak Samagri

Makhana – 2 chammach

Kaju Paste – 50gm

Adrak Paste – 2 chammach

Adrak ke Tukde – 1 chammach

Hara Dhaniya – 2 chammach

Lal Mirch – Swadanusa

Kali Mirch – 1 chammach

Cream – ½ cup
Sendha Namak – Swadanusar

Shudh Ghee – 1 chammach

Vidhi

Ise banana ke liye kadai mai ghee dalkar garm kar le. Phir tamatar, Adrak paste, mirch powder aur kali mirch powder ko milakar kuch der tak pakaye. Ab kaju ka paste aur ek cup pani dalkar 5 minute tak dobara pakaye. Iske baad makhane talker ek cup pani mai bhigo de aur unhe gravi mai dalkar pakaye. Ab upper se taja cream aur hara dhaniya dal de.
